Landscape Design & Development of concepts and ideas into Landscape solutions.

Using base criteria such as Client brief, materials, themes, construction constraints, budget etc.

 

Documenting of designs into DA documentation for council submissions liaising with other project partners such as Soil Science, Builders, Architects, Environmental Consultants etc

Preparation of construction details, specifications and tender packaging. Including letting and evaluating landscape trade packages.

 

 

Landscape Administration.

Coordinating Landscape construction and budget management for assisting the project manager. Providing site works administration including OH&S, Work method statements, Project programming and monitoring. Liaising with council to ensure construction meets LGA controls and regulations. We are fully conversant with AS4000. Preparation of EPA licenses in ENM & VENM soil works.

 

 

Project Budget & Costing. 

Due to our hands on construction experience we stay very close to market prices for work & materials.

 

We estimate and budget landscape construction as a consultancy to Landscape Contractors and Developers / Builders.

 

 

Horticultural Consultancy.

Working with Landscape and Horticultural site issues. Including site soil analysis implementation, working with plants and diseases. Facilities planing and maintenance planing (horticultural) for large sites.

 

 

Project Management of Landscape implementations of landscapes as either turn key project or design and construct usually under the $200,000 

 

 

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); 

Resource recovery applications - apply for and coordinating consultants for EPA approved soil/waste recovery orders. Used for recovery and recycling site soil a excavation spoil for reuse as a horticultural soil applications.
